BASIC BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNT

This account is not a consumer account to which Truth in Savings applies.

Minimum balance to open the account - You must deposit $500.00 to open this account.

Minimum balance to avoid imposition of fees - lf your average daily balance falls below $2,500.00 for the monthly statement cycle we will impose a service charge fee of $10.00 per statement cycle. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period. If your average daily balance is at least $2,500.00 but no more than $4,999.99 for the monthly statement cycle we will impose a service charge fee of $5.00 per statement cycle. If your average daily balance is $5,000.00 or above we will not impose this service charge fee. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period.

Fees:
A check fee of $.25 will be charged for each check paid in excess of 50 during a statement cycle. A per item fee of $.25 will be charged for each item deposited in excess of 50 during the statement cycle.

500 PLUS CHECKING ACCOUNT

Minimum balance to avoid imposition of fees - A service charge fee of $5.00 will be imposed every statement cycle if the balance in the account falls below $500.00 any day of the cycle.

Minimum balance to obtain the annual percentage yield disclosed - You must maintain a minimum average daily collected balance of $500.00 to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period. The period we use is the monthly statement cycle.

Transaction limitations:
Transfers from a Money Market Checking account to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, or telephone transfer are limited to six per statement cycle with no more than three by check, draft, or similar order to third parties.

Fees:
Transfers in excess of the transaction limits for this account will result in a $5.00 per transfer fee.

Minimum balance to avoid imposition of fees - A service charge fee of $1.00 will be imposed every month if the balance in the account falls below $100.00 any day of the month. This fee is waived for minors and nonprofit public service organizations.

The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period.
